User Agreement
1. Scope
This agreement governs your use of Lontive Oy services, including connected integrations and automation agents used for customer communication and CRM workflows.
2. Authorized Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable platform terms, including API provider terms.
- No unauthorized access, scraping, or abusive automation.
- No use of data for illegal, discriminatory, or deceptive activities.
3. Integrations and Permissions
When you connect third-party services such as LinkedIn and HubSpot, you are responsible for granting only the permissions necessary for your intended use.
You may revoke permissions at any time from the relevant provider settings.
4. Data and Deletion
Service data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
If you request deletion, we will remove locally stored integration data and tokens as required by applicable terms and law.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or improve features to maintain service quality, security, and legal compliance. Material changes are reflected on this page.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lontive Oy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the service or third-party platform changes.
